Where we deliver

Enter your PIN code on a product page or at checkout to check delivery availability and charges for your area. If your area hasn't been confirmed yet, our team will contact you after you place your order.

Preparation time

Every hamper is prepared by hand. Personalised and custom hampers may need additional preparation time, which is shown on the product page.

Delivery charges

Shipping charges, and any free-shipping threshold, are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we'll share tracking details where available. You can check your order status at any time on the Track Order page.
