No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you save addresses, track orders and keep a wishlist.

Enter your PIN code on any product page or at checkout to see whether we deliver there and the shipping charge. If we haven't confirmed your area yet, our team will contact you after you order.

Each hamper needs a short preparation time before dispatch. Where delivery times are configured for your PIN code, an estimate is shown at checkout.

Tell us the occasion, recipient, budget and preferences using the custom hamper form. We review your request and send a quotation. Your order is confirmed only after you approve the quotation and complete payment.

Yes. Send a bulk enquiry with the quantity, budget and any branding requirements and we'll prepare a quotation.

Not yet. The form sends a booking request. We'll check availability for your date and location and contact you to confirm.

Home and venue visits are available in selected areas. Share your PIN code when booking and we'll confirm whether we can visit.

You can enter your measurements in the tailoring enquiry form or share a well-fitting garment for reference. Measurements are optional when you first enquire — we'll guide you.

We send a quotation first. Work begins only after you approve it.
